AEF invests in young people in our community, supporting their career and college readiness.
Students have opportunities to interact one-on-one with professionals who look like them, sound like them, and have stories that mirror their own. They gain a sense of confidence and belonging in places, situations, and careers that may have otherwise felt off-limits.
